Hi and welcome to my site.  My Name is Chris Lord. I live in N.W. Illinois (Galena) area.  I am a  Powered Parachute pilot, instructor and dealer.  I first started flying ppc's in the spring of 2001 and have been addicted to the sport everafter.  I love to fly in this area.  It is filled with colorful scenery, majestic rolling hills, the winding Mississippi river, and an abundance of wildlife.  I am very fortunate to have grown up in this area and even more fortunate to enjoy this area from the sky. 

Why the name?  Freedom- Once you fly you'll understand.  Their isn't much to compare to the openness that surrounds you. The freedom to travel and sightsee in a way only some can dream of.  Flite- To get away.  Free yourself from a mindset that may keep you overwhelmed and trapped in a fastpace ritual known as life.
